Lunch -Free range egg mayonnaise sandwich with cress on granary bread, flaked salmon and cream cheese with cucumber on poppy seed bread, harissa chicken and bulgar wheat tabbouleh wrap with feta, shredded ham hock with crunchy salad and apricot pesto wrap, signature scone with clotted cream and jam, almond and hazelnut brownie, freshly cut fruit selection

Hot Lunch Buffet

Mezze - Honey flatbreads with chimichurri steak, chopped pork steak with rosemary and yoghurt dressing, roasted red peppers, apricot and golden raisin tabbouleh, garlic aioli potato salad, cherry and almond sponge and freshly cut fruit

Asian - Katsu station with crispy chicken or tempura aubergine, with sticky rice, katsu sauce and salad. Build your own bowls or ramen or don buri, with asian beef, shredded duck, pickled cucumber, pickled ginger, crispy onions, soft tea stained egg, shredded carrot, chinese cabbage, rich beef broth, light soy broth with honey, sesame seeds and tograshi.

American - Loaded hot dogs or mac and cheese with toppings of crispy onions, chopped beef, pulled pork, sweetcorn salsa, pickled onions, tomato and basil, blue cheese and garlic mushrooms, sauce station (XXXHot chilli, ketchup, sour cream, mustard, harissa, sweet chilli, honey mustard)
